What is it with Wendy's? I don't come here often. But when I do it's always service without a smile at drive thru. 8pm 5/12/15 if Wendy's management cares to read this.

7.10.13. One of the cleaner locations & def one of the friendliest. Favs to order from here are the Baja Salad (guacamole, salsa, tortilla chips, chili) & of course I always pick up a Frostee whenever I visit :) Honestly, I am not a huge fan of the guac/salsa--the lime flavoring is very strong; but when everything is mixed together, this salad is bomb! The half size is perfect for lunch, the whole is perf for dinner (~$7)! Don't forget to purchase a Frostee key fob (I believe they're a $1); it gets you a free Jr. Frostee everytime you stop by and flash the key fob. It's a perfect way to finish off a meal! :) Yelp 365 Challenge: #190/365

I wish there was a Wendy's closer to me, but as my boyfriend lives on the West side, I go about once every other month now. This is a definite treat and a new discovery! I only just tried it for the first time last year. Chicken nuggets - much better than other places! I prefer the selection of sauces elsewhere though. Chicken Asiago Ranch Sandwich - LOVE IT. This is my absolute favorite item and I get extra sauce. The original comes with just a smidge too little so the last 1/4th of the sandwich is too dry. Delicious. I always get it grilled to be healthier. Cod Sandwich - Not bad! Very yummy, though this would not be my go-to item. Fries - Meh. I'm really not into their fries but I usually get the combo so I munch on a little. Frosty - I'm all right on the frosty, but that's a personal opinion - I don't think my dislike or like for it has anything to do with the quality. I'm just not a fan of the SUPER thick texture where I have to struggle to drink it. I highly recommend eating at Wendy's if you're in the area, compared to other fast food places.

Pros: - Cheap - The food is tasty - "Better" quality ingredients - Convenient - Naturally cut fries - Frosty!! Cons: - Food takes forever... Both inside and drive-thru - Customer service isn't too great - Cashiers tend to be rude - Consistently get my orders wrong - Small portions (not in the good/healthy kind of way) - Not exactly the cleanest restaurant... Trash and food particles on tables... Oh I can just imagine the germs X_x

Arrived at around 8:00pm and it was pretty busy at least at the drive thru. Walked in and no one in line. She took our order right away and we went to find a table until they called our name letting us know that our food was ready. As we sit there we wondered why it was taking so long. Finally the hubs got up to go check. It took almost 10 mins before we finally got our food. Talk about "fast" food. You would think with a wait that long everything would be hot and fresh? Nope. The fries wasn't stale but they weren't hot either. My bun was cold on top and the bacon was almost like beef jerky yeah that tough. This is come to except from most fast food places. So if you want semi fast with semi fresh food then you've found your place!

Theres nothing better than indulging in delicious chili & rice....and finding out the rice is totally undercooked. Thanks Wendy's -_-. Crunchy rice with perfect Chili is such a buzz kill. Ugh!! I wish the rice was cooked thoroughly so it would match perfectly with the chili. Guess I have to go to another Wendy's to get good chili and rice. Smh.

Best items hands down is they're chili wether you leave it as it is or ask for onion & cheese, they have the most delicious chili ever in my opinion! Not a fan of they're fries, they're chicken nuggets and sandwiches taste 100 times better then Mcdonald any day of the week, & they're salads are super good. I like they're unsweeten ice tea as well. As for the customer service, there's one manager who is always on top of her game, she is super friendly and nice! Would be useful if I got her name right? Otherwise, inside is clean and spacious & drive through can take forever. Overall this Wendy's is rated a 3 only because I come here if I'm starving need be, & it's healthier then going to Jacks or Mcdonalds or my wife's favorite Taco Bell Happy fast food eats yelpers!

I live in town, and I'm from East Honolulu, so Wendy's is a treat for me and a welcomed change to the usual fast food places (McDonalds, Burger King and Jack in a Box). I have always liked their chicken nuggets so much more than any of the other places, but now that I have tried their fish sandwich I'm afraid I will never buy it from any of those other places again. It is sooooo good and a step up above the rest - from the fish itself to even the tartar sauce, it is a much higher quality. Their strawberry iced tea is also a favorite of mine, as well as my gf's - she gets it each time we go to Wendy's, even though she is allergic to strawberries. I also love the frostys. For a limited time, if you buy a frosty key chain you can get a free mini frosty with any purchase. Items I recommend: -fish sandwich -chicken nuggets -Caesar side salad -strawberry iced tea -frosty

Spicy chicken nuggets...they gave it to me cold and dried out! Hard as a rock. I went through the drive through so I didn't see it until I got home. Very disappointed. I would have waited if would have to make a new bunch, but they didn't give me option. I suggest checking the food before you leave.

Waiting to get to the Drive-Thru window there are no menus. When you finally reach the window half of the menu is blocked by the speaker and more of it is blocked by the signage posts. So you have to either get out of the car to read it or you have to move the car a couple times. This means you can't really order quickly and you have to ask a questions about the items. Finally you get up to the window to get your food and the server smiles and says "Pull up to the next window please." NOT FUNNY! There is no next window so you have to park and go inside to pick up your food. Eventually you get your food only to find it has something that you really dislike so you have to return it.

Wendys, in my humble opinion, are the BEST fast food joints on the island. Although there isn't a TRUE dollar menu, they do offer a number of reasonably priced items on their "dollar" menu. Food is fantastic and fresh Private parking, yet very different configuration. Usually wicked busy. Staff can be helpful and friendly, although at times they seem flustered and unorganized. I heard .... this may or may not be true ... that the chili is made with day-old burger patties warmed up and added to the chili sauce. . .It's fine if I do it at home, but really??? LOVE their Frostys!

  • Helen J.

Food is okay. Staff attitude is okay. I came for a quiet lunch not one with "Liz" yelling at the employees. Also it appears restaurant rules do not apply to her as her hair hangs in a uncovered messy pony tail. yuck.

Ok. I'm updating a fast food review, go ahead and judge me while I stuff my face with greasy goodness. Update is because I just tried the pretzel burger and Its good. Like lick your greasy cheesy fingers good. The bun I got was a perfect pretzel, just the right amount of give/chew and salt! To wash it all down, I ordered a strawberry lemonade which was sweet and sour just the way I love it! Touché Wendys, Touché.

I've only recently tried Wendy's since I've never really lived near one. The first time I got the strawberry tea, it was really good. The strawberry and tea was very well blended. But the second and third time, I don't know what happen.. It never tasted the same again. So I finally gave up ordering that. But other than that, I like that their cheeseburgers are more than just a patty, cheese, sauce and buns (like McDonald's). (:

Writing a yelp review about a fast-food establishment is such an exercise in futility. #Sigh. Nevertheless, about fifty percent of the times I've gone through the drive-thru here, my order has been wrong in some way. They frequently forget to pack an entree item that you've ordered, such as chili cheese fries (!), or give you a different sandwich entirely. My bleeding, cholesterol-ridden heart keeps giving them chances, but they just keep on reinforcing this sad statistic. One redeeming star for their delightful pretzel bun burger and choco frosty.

A couple nights ago my son and I stopped by Wendy's for dinner after getting a few things for the house at Wal-Mart a block away from this location. We went through the drive thru but probably would have been better off going into the store. It was about a 20 minute wait to place our order and another 5-10 minutes to get our meals. My son and I both ordered the triple meal with chocolate frostys for dessert. I asked for my burger to be made with no pickles and no onions. The receipt confirmed the order but no such luck on the cook getting the order right. My burger was loaded with pickles and onions. Both of our burgers were assembled sloppily at best. The vegetables were halfway out of the buns and the patties were stacked so that they stuck out both sides of the bun. They were also overcooked leaving them dry and not very appetizing. The fries were soggy and warm at best. By the time we discovered the mistake and mess we were a couple miles away and about to get on the freeway to go home. The only positive was the frostys were good. The frostys are the reason for the 2nd star. Overall I was disappointed because we used to get good burgers at Wendy's. If the order was right and the food good I wouldn't mind the wait. But, to wait a half hour for an incorrect order and mediocre food at best is something I won't be doing at this location again. I doubt we'll ever return to this location.

The store manager, Liz was VERY defensive as I complained about the terrible service we got using their Drive Thru. With that it was clear to me as to why her employee's have the same I DON'T CARE OR I HATE MY JOB ATTITUDE. She leads by example.....Service or something is lacking in this establishment which is why they barely make 3 stars. You would think Liz would make an effort to make sure customers get the service they deserve. No apologies was made. I felt as if she was too busy to care. Without your customers you would not have a paycheck. So, Pls treat people the way you would like to be treated. Everything else is pretty much BASIC common courtesy.

The purpose of this review is to offset the 1 and 2 star reviews, which seem to lose sight that this is a fast food restaurant, not a fine dining restaurant. Wendy's serves it's purpose and exceeds quality when it comes to fast food joints. With the occasional service hiccups I think people need to remind themselves that this place is in the same category as your McDonalds and Carls Jr. not your Roy's or Alan Wong's. Out of the 4+ times that Ive gone to Wendys, I received exactly what I ordered, maybe management changed. The go to's remain their vanilla and chocolate frostys, chili bowls, jr bacon cheeseburger, and chicken sandwich...basically their dollar menu haha but they deliver in comparison to others and is why I choose them over MickeyDs anyday

We had an early dinner there earlier tonight and I felt that I had to send a review before I forget. The food was just okay and pretty much what you would expect from a fast food spot. In fact they messed up my order and made my burger with cheese when I ordered it without the cheese. They did make it correctly after I brought it to their attention. I had to write this review because I need to tell you about the Manager, Greg. From the time we first made eye contact to the time we walked out the door... I have not felt this way in a long time. He was very, very courteous and very sincere. It was genuine and even my girlfriend felt the same way. I hope he reads this and realizes how good a job we think he's doing. More places need staff members like him. Thanks Greg!

I love Wendy's food but not the service especially at this location. Something always goes wrong with my order. I've complaint many times but no use. I end up driving to McDonald's across the street just cause I'll get what I ordered. Shape up Wendy's.

I came in a few nights ago, and thought the service wasn't that great... To start off, I did take the drive thru, so that was my fault to begin with, but I digress So I ordered their Pulled Pork Chesse Burger Combo... But when I got to the order here box, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to say "Hello, Welcome to Wendy's", and even then after ordering, the guy messed up my order repeating it back. I had to tell him again, but then this time, he made me wait another 5 minutes, with no explanation, and then returned and asked if I wanted it spicy, sweet, or smoky... I will say, I think he might have been training, but still, it was as if he never took an order before. So after giving my order another time, and having to correct my drink, I finally pull forward, only to wait another 15 minutes, for three other cars... Then when I got to the front, a rather husky Asian kid throws the food in my face... Not literally, but he just puts it infront of me, and I look at him and go, I still need to pay, which he then goes, "oh", and snatches the food away from me... Then the guy, who I assumed took my order, tells me my total, and takes my money and gives me my change... Then the guy asks if I want ketchup, and I say sure cause I had fries, and instead of putting it in the bag, he just hands me ketchup packets -_-... The Asian guy comes back, but instead of giving me my food, some girl does it, and I say thank you... Now what gives it a cherry on top, is that upon coming home to eat it, I discover that the order is wrong... Its a regular Pulled Pork, minus the cheeseburger part... I looked at my receipt, and low and behold, I was charged for the PPCB... Again, I assume they were new employees training, but even so, these mistakes were big ones... I only am giving two, because the possibility that they are new is the only redeeming factor

I always have problems at this location with their customer service at drive thru. Once they forgot to give us our fries. Another time I had received what looked like a bitten sandwich. And I ALWAYS get attitude. The I don't give a hoot unfriendly attitude. I give up going here, which sucks because it's near where I live. I guess I'll have to settle going to the one close to where I work by the airport.

I see a lot of mixed reviews at this location, and complaints about service, particularly with the drive-thru. Whether it's just tonight's crew, or management doing a good job with improvements, I had fast, friendly dine-in service this (Tuesday) evening. My double-combo meal with a side of apple slices was soon on my tray, along with a small cup of chili (thick and meaty, as advertised). I should have taken a picture; my burger was well prepared with Wendy's square patties, cheese slices, crisp medium-green lettuce, and ripe tomato slices. Though hard to get open, the packet of 8 apple slices made for a nice dessert. I came hungry and wasn't disappointed.

This place is almost always hiring people so the service fluctuates a bit depending on how many people they get that are sharp and giving their best effort. Lazy idiots are soon enough not to be seen. But the familiar crew are fast and friendly and there's mostly good managers. The general manager is amazing, always to be seen on the frontline working her butt off and correcting things. It's a cleaner location well situated among businesses and highway off ramps and of course it's Wendys. No charge for extra condiments or vegetables. Fries are usually very fresh. Only once or twice have they been more on the warm side and beginning to droop. Drive through is a little above average but has problems every so often with accuracy depending on whose there. Again a lot of new people and sometimes the order taker can be dull and not keep up with his/her end. (Drinks mostly) That can screw up everything, and slow things down, but it's remedied if they did mess up your order in whatever way. I wouldn't knock off a star considering the great points and the bad is rather infrequent.

Do not go near closing time! I've gone to this location twice one hour before closing time. The first time, they told me they couldn't make a frosty because "we're closing soon" (in an hour) and the second time, ALL of my food was cold--nuggets, burgers, everything. At least put it in the microwave and try to make it seem like you give a crap about quality! I understand this isn't exactly a five-star establishment, but have some pride in your work employees!

Been on a tour of burger restaurants lately, and Wendy's is definitely at the bottom. Value cheeseburger and Double Stack are really sad. Beef patties are almost as thin as Subway cold cuts. Ordered burger with 'everything' as I wanted veggies (no extra charge), and it was just a thin tomato and a small leaf of lettuce. I had to lift the bun to find the lettuce. sad. Tasted bad too. And their Value menu is a joke. Most other places, try to stick around $1.49 or less. That miserable Double Stack is $1.99. I could have had a Whopper Jr. for less! McD is 2nd from the bottom on my list. Carl's is at the top. Going back to Whopper Jr. and Bonus Jack. Service better too. They offer a water cup without asking. When you order Whopper Jr and request 'heavy on the veggies' (no extra charge), it turns it into like a big mac. nice.

Got a quick bite on the way home last night from the drive thru window. There was no line and for the most part the time spent in the drive thru was decent. It wasn't until I was at the Walmart traffic light that I realized I was missing my daughter's kids meal order!! So I went back, went inside and politely waited for my turn in the line to let the cashier that I was missing something from my order. Bottom line...they filled my order without question and I went on my merry way. I never usually have any issues at any of the Wendy's chains on island and the food doesn't disappoint me at all. I just wanted to mention that they did not give me any hassle with getting my order wrong. Also, they didn't even ask for my receipt and trusted that I wasn't some free-loading thief who just wanted to get more stuff without paying. Good on them. Thanks Wendy, wherever you are!

  • Teresa G.

Stood in line for a good 5 minutes before I was called up (I was next in line and the person in front of me had already placed his order). The first words out of her mouth was "what would you like to order?" I ordered my daughters order. As soon as t came out of my mouth she said "what else do you want"? I looked at her and said excuse me? She spoke very monotone and mumbled. I placed my order and she mumbled something else. The food is good, service nit too great and long line waits. You are better off using drive through or going to another location..

Food here is ok, had two bad experiences with the drive through! very umprofessional and rude. And both times it was the Manager!!! when we walk in to sit and eat is ok though. Burgers and fries are yummie.

This Wendys i probably the best outta all the Wendys locations on this island, and with only a 3 star rating, thats pretty sad. We only do drive thru bc im not sure if we could handle the inside employees and there is always a long line that you can see from outside. Two times ive ordered chili WITH rice, gone home and no rice :( but on the reciept it says in big ass letters WITH RICE. What the problem is? and its not like i can dig through my chili in the drive through. The fries are sometimes cold and limp but the burgers are delicious. hmph. Dont expect much from Wendys and you'll never be dissapointed i guess.

If it was possible to give this place NO stars.. I would. I rarely eat at Wendy's & I thought I'd treat myself to junk food. BAD idea to come here. First off, they didn't have what I really wanted. Second, their service is HORRIBLE! A bunch of stuck ups & eye problems. I'm never coming here again.

Sometimes I go here randomly for fast food. I enjoy Wendy's food especially their infamous Frosty desserts. My favorite is the vanilla flavor even more so than the ever popular chocolate flavored one, Their burgers, sandwiches, and fries are also pretty tasty and unique in flavor. I recently tried their Guacamole bacon burger which is pretty good. They also have a guacamole chicken club sandwich which looks pretty good. Their dollar/value menu is also pretty beastly. I would say it can compete just as well as other fast food dollar menus out there. I usually make combos out of the value menu; junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, small frosty, and a drink. The staff and customer service is ok. Sometimes I question the customer service from the staff especially the counter people at the register. This location has a decent amount of table and seating areas. They are also right next a lot of convenient places like Walmart, the shopping plaza across the street, Pearl Highlands, Sam's Club gas station, etc. They are open till 2AM for late night grindz perfect for late night Walmart sessions. Don't know how and what their drive thru is like since I've only dined in everytime. They have a pretty good stock of utensils and ketchup on hand for convenient eating. They also have a decent amount of parking right next to and across from the entrance to the store. 31 Yelps Review Challenge - October 2012, #06/31

Okay, I know you're not gonna believe me. I know that this is just a fast-food joint. I know billions and billions are not served here, BUT... THIS PARTICULAR WENDY'S HAS THE BEST DRIVE-THRU EVER!!! No joke. Try it. I've gone there a lot recently and EVERY TIME, before I even reach the front window, they'll have my food waiting for me. EVERY...SINGLE...TIME!!! Sometimes, I'll order, take my foot off the brake and roll to the next window, and tata, or whatever the Filipino word for grandma is, will anticipate what money denomination I'm going to give her, and have my change ready. FOR REAL!! I'm not engaging in hyperbole either. Go ahead and eat there. Be ready to be amazed. Hands down the fastest drive-thru I've ever gone to. And I've been to many, believe me. Whoever the manager is should be commended. It's unreal! It's like they take pride in literally being the best fast-food restaurant ever. I've never seen anything like it. Oh, yeah. And I kinda like their food, too. It's healthy. Nah, just kidding. It serves its purpose and it's cheap. Mickey D's is getting too expensive. Gonna roll with this girl for awhile. Seriously. Next time you feel like clogging your arteries, go to this Wendy's and you'll witness the true meaning of FAST food.

OMG why are they soooo slow?! I've been here a few times over the years and it seems like they don't have enough staff and/or the staff they have move slower than a freakin' slug. The food is good, but I was getting irritated at the long wait I had to endure this past weekend. I mean - what exactly is going on back there? The lady that took our order was nice enough; but she had to look at the receipt, grab one item off of that receipt, place it on the tray, and then do it all over again for each item we ordered! And why are their trays so small?!

We eat here a lot. We always go thru the drive through. We're also ALWAYS in a rush. In all the times we've been to this Wendy's, I've only ever had a problem once. The menu had a certain price. They overcharged us. I asked them to change it, and they said the menu was a mistake. I told them that if the price is on the menu, they have to honor it. The cashier called the manager, and they gave us the advertised price. Although the outcome was favorable, I shouldn't have had to argue. Besides that, we LOVE this Wendy's. By the time we order and pay, the food is waiting for us at the pick-up window. Today I had the Bacon Guacamole Cheeseburger. Dee-licious...well, for fast food. I'm pretty particular about my bacon, and the bacon on this burger was perfect...fatty and melty. Fries were yummy as usual. I love that they DON'T use American cheese on this burger. I mean, c'mon, American cheese is SO not REAL cheese. Lol.

I'm so irritated! I hate it when I order my potato they don't give me my sour cream and butter. So now I have to drive back there and get it. On another hand, they forgot to put bacon in his cheeseburger even though they repeated back out order. Ugh! They need a third window for getting my order wrong

Extremely slow service inside the restaurant. The line was 12 deep and they had only one girl taking orders. Probably not going there anymore. The foods ok, but not good enough to wait in line for 15 minutes. Sorry Wendys; fail.

One star for service. Ordered last night at drive-thru and the employee kept pressuring us to finish ordering; cutting us off and saying, "drive through". It was like doing business with your worst enemy. At the window, we were astonished that the employee was the store manager!! The food was the quality you'd expect from Wendy's but the service is what you'd expect from someone trying to drive away customers and drive the business into the ground. Asking for her name, she responded with malice and a disgusted look on her face. She is unapologetic about alienating customers. I'm not going back.

I don't normally frequent Wendy's since they're all located on the West side of the island. However, my friend was working in Kaimuki and she lives in Pearl City so we all decided to get together before she had to go home to her husband and three kids. I conned her into escaping the crazies and coming with us. We got here and it was crazy! It was around 7ish and everyone decided to eat dinner or have a Bible study all at once. I ended up getting a baked potato, small chili, and a chicken sandwich. I like random things at Wendy's but nothing meal wise. I love their Spicy chicken sandwich but my mom says no spicy foods when I am breastfeeding. Sad face. 8 more months to go!!! The workers aren't really that helpful or friendly but what do you expect for fast food. Nothing spectacular here. I wish they were nicer and stuff but meh. The food is standard but since they changed their fries to natural sea salt, they are not as delicious for some reason.

One thing though each time I've gone through the drive thru I've gotten my order messed up. However going inside has been better except when I get that messy outgrown hair guy who looks like a sloppy bum he barely grunts any acknowledgment when you order and makes you feel like it's a chore for him to get your food. Oh Man! does this guy have a life? I even have seen him on more than one occasion on his day off hanging around there. The burgers though I have no complaints about although the fries are tasteless the sour cream and chive baked potato is pretty decent. I don't really like their Chili as it is kinda watery and isn't very good. Although not as cheap as McD's I tend to like the burgers better here but rather go to McD's for the fries.

Wendy's is always delicious. Double cheese burger with fries and a side of chili? Yes please. They took the order quick, gave us our food quick and the order was correct which is a must when going through drive throughs! Good food at decent prices with no headache. Win.

the ONLY place that does the bacon burger right...crispy not burnt, fresh & juicy...the boys in the drive-thru were super friendly...now the only Wendy's I'll go to.ORIGINAL REVIEW went there again because of my original review/experience and had the total opposite! cold burgers & fries, a "chocolate" shake which was a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup on top. very disappointed :( **SEE PICTURE**

Bacon deluxe...yummm! I love the Bacon Deluxe Cheeseburger. I am not supposed to be eating it but it's so good that it's hard not to. The bacon in the Wendy's burgers differs from those of other burger joints. You're not going to find a thin limp piece of bacon here. No sir! What you get is a nice thick piece of bacon...something with a little consistency to it! Also their salads are REALLY good too! The best fast food salad you can buy. Try the Apple Pecan half salad...its delish!

screw up orders all the time...slow service...love the food, but not worth the hassle of getting home and your order is wrong...gets frustrating, it has happened to me multiple times

Aunty, I went tell you I like small chili, no fries for my combo. You told me combo only drink and sandwich. I ask you "no fries, chili instead and you gotta charge for the chili?". You told me "yes, gotta". Drive to the next window and I get fries with my spicy chicken sandwich and chili. Tell the next window "I nevah like fries, just chili instead of fries", next window tells me "oh, but she charged you for the chili and I gave you large fries... " *blank stare*. Aunty, why you have to lie? I hate thered-headed harpie. Two stars for you and your friend Aunty, two stars for you!

Picked up lunch from the drive thru. #2 daughter had the bacon-nator combo & I had the broccoli/cheese baked potato and the grilled chicken wrap. What can go wrong with bacon? The chicken wrap was actually better than the snack wrap at McD's. But, when I got to the potato, there hardly was any broccoli on it. Plenty of cheese though. Was so hungry I ate it all. The menu has actually been improved. So, next trip thru I'll try something else and hope for a better choice. The service was quick and accurate.

I like this Wendy's because it is close to the house and I usually get the same thing. I order the #6 which is the Spicy chicken combo meal. And I always get it with no tomato. The thing that I really like is they never give me one that was sitting there and they just pulled the tomato off, they actually make one fresh and there are no tomato remnants on it. Plus since they started selling the spicy chicken nuggets, those things are awesome. They are my favorite chicken nuggets. Wendy's is definitely not everywhere over here so they are far and few between luckily this one is nearby!

Apparently, there are no Wendy's restaurants in Australia... But my cousin's loved it when they lived in Philippines a long time ago, so when I mentioned the new spicy chicken nugget commercial, they got really excited to go to one. And so we did. We usually don't get good service at this location, but for some reason this day we went happened to have an empty house, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves to order whatever we liked. I got two orders of the 99cent spicy nuggets, and they got chicken sandwiches, a baked potato and a few orders of fries. My cousin was surprised that the potato was big. In Philippines its not a big baked potato at all. The nuggets weren't that spicy, but it piqued my tastes a bit. Too bad I didn't have any tobasco.... mMmmm. HAAH-HAAAH: they're only 99 cents! That commercial rocks.

I take my roommate to Walmart every Monday Hey its her routine and we always stop here after because I introduced her to frostys and now she is addicted. the employees are very friendly and remember us and our order every time and our order is up very fast. although my wife and I enjoy eating a varied diet of vastly different restaurants we actually enjoy our weekly trip to Wendys with our room mate for chili with cheese, onions and sour cream, chocolate frosty and natural French fries with sea salt with ketchup mixed with hot chili sauce and black pepper. Yum!

Who hasn't been to Wendy's. Love the vanilla frosty. My mom loves their variety of salads and their chicken sandwich. Me I just went with the chicken wrap on the dollar menu which was pretty good.

The food is decent. But it seems to be very expensive. I wanted hamburgers, i couldn't get plain burgers. I had to get a cheese burger without the cheese. i ordered 3 of those and 3 smalle fries and paid nearly $18. I knew there was a reason why i stay away from that place.

Beware people of Honolulu. My hubby and I were out shopping today when I got a craving for a Baconator, so we stopped by Wendy's (store # 10751 in Pearl City). We should have left as soon as we arrived due to the over whelming smell of urine, but we stuck it out. We got there at about 1105 and finally placed our order (7 people were ahead of us) at 1138. There was no ice in the dispenser, the Fanta orange was out of syrup and when I went up to ask them to fill it with the drive through soda machine they did, but said it needed syrup and they were sorry and that was that, didn't offer to fix it or anything...all I could think was poor drive through people who weren't getting what they wanted drink wise. When our order was finally called, one burger and one fry was missing which I let her know and she finally got for us. Food was ok, but not as good as I've had at other Wendy's. we were there for about 35 minutes and ice was never corrected in the lobby dispenser, nor was the pop, not to mention the line was longer and moving even more slowly. As we were leaving my husband wanted to wash his hands so I waited for him, when he got out he told me that they were gross and he'd seen cleaner Johnny on the Spots!! We will definitely NOT be going back!

The fries were cold, very salty and overall just NASTY! The burger was cold, which I can deal with, but the lettuce had brown spots all over it and was hard. I probably won't be going back to this location in the near future, as this wasn't the first time that the food from this location sucked. :-(

i'm not ever going back here ever! its only 3 min. from our house, but the service and quality is so ghetto. i ordered a toffee crunch or whatever shake that is and they gave me a melted liquidy thing. when i told them that it should be a little thick, the manager was rude and said thats the way it is. whatever

I had not eaten at Wendy's for a while since there were no locations close to where I live. My first visit to this particular location was via the drive-thru, and the transaction went without a hitch. However, when I got home -which is only two minutes away- and started to eat my hamburger, I found that it was cold. The french fries were also cold and, thus, limp. Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, it was a disappointing meal. My second visit to this location was after a few months, with my girlfriend and her brother. I was a little hesitant to go but figured I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. All they did that day was lose me as a customer forever. After ordering our food, we sat down at a table and waited. I found it curious that there was no order number on the receipt or that they didn't ask for a name. After waiting for about 5-7 minutes, my girlfriends' brother went to check on our order and came back with some food. It wasn't ours, and this was partly because he didn't know what we had ordered, so we took it back. The person who did order it was there and refused to take it and wanted them to remake it (I didn't really blame him for doing so). Then we waited another 5 minutes for OUR order until my girlfriend came to see what was going on. She asked a worker for our order and they didn't know what it was, so she had to reiterate it. We finally got our order after probably twenty minutes of waiting. It wasn't worth the wait. There were a lot of other 'fools' waiting for their orders and I happened to overhear another customer complaining about an incomplete order. The workers were going like headless chickens. It was utter chaos! I have three words of advice for you: DON'T DO IT! I gave them one star, but it's only because zero is not an option.

You know I must be bored if I'm reviewing Wendy's (with 5 stars to boot), but I'm soo craving a frosty and a chili; two of my favorite foods. And no, I wasn't 405ing. Oh wait, that's a freeway in Los Angeles. I meant 420ing. It's a fast food joint. At least they smile at you and understand english (unlike Jack in the Box) so props to P.C. Wendy's.

last night a friend and i went there for dinner.. location is ok but the service last night took over 15min to get our food and the worse part someone else b4 us got their order b4 we got ours.....what is wrong with that and the worse part was when the cashier ask where is the other order and one of the cook told the cashier what order now this is another thing that was not right and they had about 6 people and only one cashier and it was getting to the dinner crowd and the manager saw that but she only kept one of the 2 register open.....and another thing the flatbread limited grilled is nothing special they only had like 2 or 3 pieces of grilled chicken it's not really worth the price.....more sauce than meat.......but with all the help they had last night the service should have been less time for my date and i to receive our food.......

When I'm in the mood for a good burger, which is several times a week, I like to go here, a quick burger with great taste, very affordable. Fries are better now, but I usually sub the fries and get a ceasar salad. Bake potatoes are good to

Smh.

  • Azadeh K.

  • Ljmoana L.

  • Lee Ying K.

Love Wendy's new fries. Burgers are always fresh and they make em to order. Winner!

Love sends food, however; this place makes you as if you dont belong in the restaurant. Treat you as a 3 class citizen.

Terrible, every time I come in here there is always a long wait and cashier still manages to mess up. You would have to come late at night not to have a mess up

Too busy not friendly unorganized and slow Took 10 minutes to get my order. Fries cold as it was sitting on the tray waiting for burger. Will avoid this this branch.
